Most athletes in this program are high school, collegiate, or professionals who train hard, compete at a high level, and are ready to stop guessing when it comes to nutrition. This is for athletes who want structure, education, and a strategy they can rely on, not quick fixes or trends.

Who is the Virtual 1:1 Nutrition Coaching program for?

This coaching model is for athletes and active individuals who want high-level nutrition guidance without bi-weekly calls.

You’ll complete weekly check-ins, submit data, and receive individualized video feedback with adjustments to your plan. Whether your goal is improving performance, optimizing body composition, gaining muscle, improving blood work, or dialing in overall nutrition quality, your strategy evolves with your progress.

Do you only work with football players?

Football athletes are the primary focus of Fuel to Perform. That said, I also work with elite athletes in other sports (particularly those training at the collegiate, professional, or international level) on an application basis. The framework is performance-driven, but football-specific demands are prioritized throughout the program.

I already have a baseline knowledge of nutrition. Will this still help me?

Yes, and this is often who the Fuel to Perform program helps most.

Fuel to Perform isn’t about learning basic nutrition facts. It’s about:

How much do I have to participate in the program?

Fuel to Perform is designed to fit into a demanding training schedule.

Most athletes spend:

  • 45 minutes every other week in live sessions (Fuel to Perform) plus engagement in weekly check-ins of 15-20 minutes.
  • A short amount of time implementing and adjusting routines between sessions
  • For Virtual 1:1 Nutrition Coaching, time commitment is even less while still getting results and access to me. Athletes typically spend 15-30 minutes per week of active engagement.

The focus is on building systems that save time, not add more to your plate.
